Workware, is part of Carrs Billington based in Carlisle. We are a leading distributor of PPE equipment to the Arborist industry specialising in Height Safety equipment. This includes our own inhouse Brand Simarghu Climbing Harnesses and Hendon Ladders as well as leading brands such as Haix Boots and Climbing Technology. The role of Sales Administrator is very broad based and varied role but will cover core functions including sales/purchasing ordering and forecasting and supplier ordering. Other responsibilities include communication with our international partners, processing customer orders via our B2B platform and over the phone as well as liaising with and supporting the sales and warehouse teams. We are specifically looking for someone who has a broad experience of Excel and has excellent communication skills, along with previous marketing experience and the ability to think on their feet. Additional duties would also include, day to day point of contact with key customers, dealing with account queries and resolving them, providing the sales team with timely sales data and reports, support and help with marketing including social media and updating the Workware websites and B2B. Finally, having experience of working with technical product including PPE and Climbing equipment (commercial or leisure) would be advantageous but not essential.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
